First time home-buyer, found Eric through a friend. Eric was a great resource from understanding the home buying process to finding the best place. He was very responsive to questions, new listings, and last minute questions. He was actively involved with the bank, helped them find informationabout the property very quickly. We looked primarily in Broadripple and Indianapolis, Eric showed a broad understanding of the area.

Simply put, Eric was the best realtor we have ever had. During the process of interviewing different realtors, I asked Eric if there were some simple and affordable changes he would recommend we make to our home before putting it on the market in order to get top dollar. He had the best ideas outof the various realtors we asked and his changes allowed us to sell our home in 3 days and for over asking price! Eric was very much available throughout the entire time he represented us. Eric was awesome! My house was on the market multiple times over the past few years and I never felt like I was getting what I needed out of my previous realtors, so I interviewed realtors again before listing this last time. I actually went into my meeting with Eric already thinking I was hiringsomeone else. My meeting with him, however, quickly changed my mind and made the decision a simple one. I recently just purchased a new townhouse in downtown with the help of Eric. Eric was great through the entire process. He made sure to keep me in the loop of any construction delays, and also did a good job of following up with me whenever I needed help with any item. Eric Rasmussen did a great job of listening to what we wanted in a home. He knows the Indy market really well and can find a great home within your budget. We met him at an open house and within three days he had a list of ten very good options that met our budget. He was present during theinspection and when we had quotes for repair work. He knows qualified plumbers, electricians, carpenters and even a fireplace guy. We will use Eric again when we sell our house and/or buy a new one. He will not drop the ball!
